The hot springs were amazing - the hiking was very beautiful and varied difficulty. We were there for the eclipse and it was an amazing experience - just stay someplace other than the Mona LIsa Villa

Hot Springs is a very small area, but has great outdoor adventures! If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting Avant Crystal Mining and Wegner Phantom Quartz Mine because the people are fabulous and the experience of mining your own crystals is one-of-a-kind. I also recommend visiting Lake Catherine State Park!

Absolutely luv the historic area with bathhouse row and the Iconic Arlington Hotel!
Restaurants and shops for anything you would like. The mountains are just beautiful and add in all the fabulous lakes in area and you will find all sorts of activities to do. Just wonderful.
Oh and also don’t forget this area was the original home of baseballs spring training with much history not be seen here.

We loved using one of the bath houses.
We loved using one of the bath houses. We also like having a beer at the brewery inside Hot Springs national Park. We ate at Rolandos two times. Both times were excellent. We hiked to the waterfall at Lake Catherine and hiked to the tower inside the park. The old town is nice to stroll and look at shopping. We filled up a container with water from the springs at the free town water station. The bath tub races in June were a lot of fun. Nice area for a long weekend.
We enjoyed our stay and the location. Was our first trip to Hot Springs, AR. The B&B was located within walking distance of the downtown which we found wonderful. Judy (one of the owners) was very sweet and helpful. She provided directions and maps of the area with restaurants and directions which were spot on. The dinner and staff at the German restaurant were fabulous. The room was very nostalgic and comfortable The morning breakfast was on the dot and very, very good. We certainly enjoyed every bit. We will be returning to Hot Springs.
I love this location. Sitting on the cabana beds looking over the lake at sunset was so relaxing. Then the fire pits glowing after that. On site bar and live music some nights. And the price is the best.
And it is not about 15 mins from the fun but bustling attraction of Hot Springs National Preserve!
Also kudos because out of the ten hotels I stayed in this year, it was one of two that was truly clean AND had sinks that drained water completely!
The staff was amazing , our room was on the 10th floor very quiet. Nice view of the hills ,part of downtown. The room was better than we expected. After reading the reviews, yes the hotel is historic but, in the process of getting a little restored. So to accommodate guests they came up with special drinks during the process. The pools and hot tub was a bonus to our stay. Which I forgot to add pictures.
The Arlington is a valuable part of Hot Springs' history. The lobby is beautiful and some of the views are wonderful if you are lucky enough to get a from facing room. The hotel is right across the street from Hot Springs National Park and the bath houses, museums, promenade, shops, and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Hot Springs has many good hotels and this one is a good hotel, the breakfast is good as well, but what makes this hotel exceptional is the ladies making and serving breakfast, Donna and Julie you guys are the best, you work hard to serve and make the guest happy and we are very happy, thank you.
You can tell this is an older hotel but that sort of gave it some charm. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Check in experience was good. The clerk actually acted like he was a little excited that I had chosen his hotel. I will stay here again if I visit Hot Springs again.
Everything is new and clean. Bed is comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are spotless. Great lake view and great location with less than 15-min drive from downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely return if we visit Arkansas again!
We loved the location, being on the lake and pretty accessible to everything we wanted to do. It was very close to the waterfall at lake Catherine as well as the marinas for renting boats and all the restaurants.
Very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. Great value! This is an older hotel but like I stated earlier, very clean. Planning on staying here on future visits to Hot Springs.
The location of the hotel is great, you are very close to down town and have easy access to the shopping and most attractions Hot Springs has to offer. Just about everything is within walking distance.
Working hard to end cheap motel stigmas. To avoid drugs no one is allowed in another's room. Even though medical marijuana is legal in Arkansas it is not allowed on their property.
We went on a honey moon and we get the room with the view to the Lake. In love with that view!! We would like to go Back. Everything was excelent! Súper recommend!
Convenience of the hotel, friendly staff. Our go-to hotel in Hot Springs. We can always depend on this place when we plan a trip. Our stays here will continue.
